    Les ressortissants \u00e9trangers qui poss\u00e8dent des comptes bancaires \u00e0 leurs noms \u00e0 l \u00e9tranger et qui d\u00e9sirent acheter un bien en Isra\u00ebl doivent proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un virement de leur argent, de leur compte bancaire \u00e9tranger vers un compte isra\u00e9lien.<\/p>\n

    Ainsi, pour pouvoir s’acquitter du payement de leur achat, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 ouvrir un compte bancaire en Israel.       Une autre possibilit\u00e9 pour un ressortissant \u00e9tranger de transf\u00e9rer de l’argent sur un compte isra\u00e9lien est l’ouverture d’un compte en s\u00e9questre. L’ouverture d’un compte en s\u00e9questre ressemble \u00e0 un ouverture d’un compte priv\u00e9 tel que nous l’avons d\u00e9crit pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment. Elle connait une exception pr\u00e9s : un repr\u00e9sentant g\u00e9rera le compte \u00e0 la place du d\u00e9tendeur du compte et devra justifier l’origine des fonds transf\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
